Library

Welcome to the Burroughs library, where our mission is to promote the skills, experiences, and confidence that will enable children and young adults to use libraries and information resources for lifelong learning.

Checkout Policy

Each student is allowed to check out two (2) books. Grades kindergarten through second grade must have their book bag.  Check out is for one week.

Reading Incentives

Our librarian offers many reading incentives such as classroom competitions involving Minecraft gaming. The students meet certain requirements to pass to various levels. She also offers grade-level engagement to boost circulation with the addition of up-to-date book selections.
